Murmuring

I wish I could have 36 hrs every day. I am busy and exhausted-Family, work, flower arrangement & Spanish class and my 2 little furry buddies(OK, my sauage dog is short hair and seems not that furry. However, he is still in my "Furry" category). I wonder when I could have some holidays! Right now only music could make me feel better!!

Yo La Tengo- Popular Songs
Yo La Tengo has made yet another really good album. After 20 years, they are still experimenting Opener, "Here to Fall" sounds like nothing else in their catalog, some sort of space age soul-prog but it actually works. It's really amazing that YLT have stayed so good for so long. Viva Yo La Tengo!!!

James- The Night Before
I heart James!! I fell in love with their music after my friend gave me their "the best of" album 10 years ago. This new album is amazing, even better then 'Hey Ma' which was a great comeback for the band. The album is fun, entertaining and also has a great personality in it. I am so glad that they regrouped as they have certainly lived up to my expectations.

Sage Francis-Li(F)E
I dont really like his previous albums but this one really got my attention, especially "The best of times". I cant help listen to this song over and over again. The approach to the musical side of "Li(F)E" is very different from all of his prior approaches. This different angle is refreshing and he succeeds at what he was trying to do.

Childhood Memory

Finally I found the mini Jelly Belly Bean machine in HK airport. I always want to get one when I was little. It was expensive and imported food, my dad only bought them when I got straight A's. OK, I was a good student but it didnt happen all the time. Now I have my own Jelly Belly machine. I just feel very great!!!!

Café Adventure

After our favorite Café closed last year, we are desperated for finding another one which could make the decent and good coffee. We have tried many Cafés and gradually lost hope. We have been to some shops whcih have the excellent decoration, however, when it comes to coffee, the taste is plain.

Jack starts to do some research and decided we need to try more cafés every week till we found our favorite one. So here we are, our adventure starts now.
